This amulet of Kuman Jao Glae is "a Little Girl called Kumaree," released by Archan Thep Pongsawadarn (Archan Thep), who was born in Chaiyapum province. He lived with his grandparents, witch doctors, and sorcerers in the rural village; from then on, he had a strong interest in occult magic when he was 7. Archan Thep's grandfather and uncle were exorcist experts, so he learned many magic spells from them. Archan Thep's uncle taught him numerous enchantments (magical attacks), potions, and sacred powder-making recipes. Archan Thep was ordained as a novice monk at Wat Sakoet as time passed.
Later on, with his studies, he learned from his aunt, known as a powerful magician and a spiritual teacher of Wat Sakoet, for two years. After that, Archan Thep went to learn magic with LP Woraphot at Wat Joomphon temple for another two years. Later, his uncle suggested that he practice Samadhi Bhavana meditation with Luang Por Sakti Chai of Wat Sra Kaew. Furthermore, Archan Thep starts his pilgrimage (Thudong) travel to earn more experience in the jungle alone practicing meditation, and later, he enters Laos, where he meets many great masters and gains many different magic spells, especially those relating to control suppression, or enticement of spirits, ghosts, fairies, and devas.
Every piece of his Kuman Thong statue and amulets is unique. When he turned 13 years of age, he was qualified as a master and could make and empower Kuman Thong effigy successfully. Archan Thep was then ordained as a full Buddhist monk. All Archan Thep amulets and statues were uniquely created, and every piece was made on his own as he released his first batch of amulets to his close friends and trusted students. He then sees the result and changes his empowerment methods according to the effects observed from the charms he made.
He added empowerment methods until he reached the desired effect and power. Every amulet made by Archan Thep is consecrated and blessed by him and other temple guru monks and masters. As time passed, Archan Thep became very famous due to the positive feedback from those wearers who had bought (rented) and revered his amulets and received his blessings, which has led to him becoming one of the most preferred masters whose amulets have attained immense popularity with devotees in Thailand, and also around the world. Archan Thep has been forced to disrobe from his monkhood for performing Dark Magic; his actions violate the rules of being a monk.
Now, Archan Thep lives as a lay sorcerer; he produces his amulet in a minimal amount of limited edition and performs Sak Yant tattooing for devotees. Kuman Thong helps protect the owner from dangers, misfortune, evil spirits, and ghosts. It is said that if one wears, Kuman Thong – Kuman Thong will follow his owner and be at his side wherever they go. As in many legends, be it Kuman Thong or Ghost Child, widely called, the relationship between them and their owner is inseparable. This is the most fundamental principle, so the owners must do good for their Kuman Thong and their own. For those who worship or wear Kuman Thong, their life is always blessed by their spirits.
