Phra Nak Prok is a Buddha image of the day of protection, sitting in Samadhi "Concentrative Meditation" position, with cross-legged and overlapping hand with palm facing upward, protected from the heavy rain and storm by the Naga King (King Cobra) with his 7 Naga heads. Naga is the name of God, taking the form of a great snake.
